Mr. Williamson brings over 20 years of successful experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing, Management, Development, Acquisition and Finance with properties all across the United States as well as the countries of Mexico, Belize, Panama, Costa Rica and Nicaragua. Additionally, Mr. Williamson was an executive in the Real Estate division of the Four Seasons at Peninsula Papagayo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
He has acted as the Central American Real Estate Investment Advisor for many North American based Institutional Real Estate Investors as well as hundreds of Private Investors, and currently serves as the President/CEO of Virtus One Corporation (www.virtusone.com), a Real Estate & Investment conglomerate with activities in Mexico, Belize, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama.
Mr. Williamson also sits on the Board of Directors of the Charitable Organization “The Doit Foundation” (www.doitfoundation.org). This foundation has purchased, assembled and given away thousands of wheelchairs to children in need all across Costa Rica.
